JD Collective ("JD Collective," "we," "us," or "our") builds websites, CRM systems, and AI assistants for small businesses, and sells the A2P First-Try Approval Plugin as a digital download. Information we collect

When you fill out a form on this site, whether to ask a question, request a service, or purchase the A2P Plugin, we collect the information you provide, which may include your first and last name, email address, phone number, and business details relevant to your order. If you make a purchase, payment is processed by our third-party payment and CRM provider (GoHighLevel and its connected payment processor); we do not directly collect or store your full card number.

How we use your information

• To deliver what you purchased, including sending your A2P Plugin download link and install instructions by email.

Text messages (SMS)

In limited cases, our system sends a short transactional text message, no more than two per order, solely to help make sure an email we've sent (such as your order confirmation or download link) actually reaches you. We share it only with the service providers that help us run our business and deliver what you've purchased, such as GoHighLevel (forms, CRM, and payment processing) and Google Drive (secure file delivery), and only to the extent needed for them to perform that function. We keep your information for as long as needed to fulfill your order, respond to you, and meet our own recordkeeping and legal obligations, after which we delete or anonymize it.
