Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of jdcollective.shop and any product or service you purchase from JD Collective ("JD Collective," "we," "us," or "our"), including websites, CRM setup, AI assistants, and the A2P First-Try Approval Plugin. By using this site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

JD Collective provides website design, GoHighLevel CRM setup, AI assistant configuration, and related digital products for small businesses, including the A2P First-Try Approval Plugin, a downloadable Claude plugin. Specific deliverables, pricing, and timelines for any service are as described on this site or as agreed with you directly.

The A2P Plugin: license to use

When you purchase the A2P First-Try Approval Plugin, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the plugin for your own business or your clients' A2P submissions. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or publish the plugin file itself, in whole or in part, to any other person or business. The plugin remains the intellectual property of JD Collective.

Payment and refunds

Payment is due at the time of purchase and is processed through our third-party payment and CRM provider. Because the A2P Plugin is delivered instantly as a digital download, all plugin purchases are final and non-refundable once the download link has been sent, except where the file itself fails to work as described, in which case contact us and we'll make it right. For website, CRM, and other ongoing services, refund terms will be discussed and agreed with you directly before work begins.

Text messages (SMS)

By providing your phone number, you may receive a limited number of transactional text messages, no more than two per order, used only to help make sure an email we've sent (such as an order confirmation or download link) reaches you. These are not marketing messages. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site or our products for any unlawful purpose, to misrepresent your identity or business, or to interfere with the proper functioning of our forms, checkout, or delivery systems.

No professional advice

The A2P Plugin and any related content are provided as a practical tool based on our own experience with carrier approval, not as legal, regulatory, or compliance advice. You remain responsible for your own A2P 10DLC submission and its accuracy.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Our services and products are provided "as is." While we build every tool and plugin from what has worked in practice, we can't guarantee a specific outcome, including carrier approval on any individual A2P submission. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JD Collective is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or products.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision, and continuing to use this site or our products after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
