Tre is a real estate team leader in San Antonio, still in full production with his own team, while also launching Agent Operators: a coaching and circle platform built for agents nationwide. He needed a system built for that exact reality. Agent Operators had to run well enough that nothing fell between the cracks for the agents joining it, without demanding hours out of Tre's day that his own production couldn't spare. The platform needed room to grow into a full launch without needing Tre to grow along with it hour for hour.

JD Collective designed a complete GoHighLevel infrastructure behind Agent Operators: a public-facing website for the brand, an AI assistant to handle incoming agent questions by text, a full membership and course delivery system for VIP groups, and the workflows, forms, and payment infrastructure connecting all of it into one system Tre didn't have to manage by hand.
