Jackie Durbin is the founder of JD Collective, an Arizona-based CRM and automation consultancy specializing in GoHighLevel implementations for real estate professionals, teams, small businesses, and entrepreneurs.
How Jackie got here
Jackie spent 19 years in the classroom teaching 4th and 5th grade U.S. History and Math before she ever touched a CRM. Her first real experience with web technology actually came earlier than that, working for Churchill Downs Incorporated in college, where her job was to record morning workouts, update race day changes, log winners, and add images to the company website every day.
From teaching, Jackie moved into real estate, working as a Realtor and handling real estate operations and transaction coordination for agents and teams. That combination, years spent explaining complicated things clearly in front of a classroom, plus years spent inside the day-to-day mechanics of a real estate transaction, turned out to be exactly the background needed to build systems for other small business owners.
Today, Jackie runs JD Collective: building GoHighLevel websites, CRM architecture, and AI assistants for real estate professionals, teams, and small businesses. She handles A2P 10DLC approval, review and reputation automation, and hands-on training so business owners actually know how to use what she builds for them, not just have it handed off and forgotten.

Beyond the business
Outside of client work, Jackie is a mom and a Mimi. She's a devoted Disney fan, always somewhere between a trip and planning the next one. She loves to read, and recently built a "Belle"-inspired library in her front room, floor-to-ceiling shelves and all; the only thing missing is a ladder that slides from one side to the other.
Jackie is also a published author. She's written Wings of Ashen Night, a fantasy fiction novel, and The Road God Paved, a faith-based book about raising a child with autism, drawn from her own family's experience.
